Located right across from the famous hotel Pupp, this beautiful hotel is in the center of one of the most beautiful places I've seen. The room had a small balcony with a view to the park, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of tasty options. Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to the local Opera theater.
The parking situation can be difficult to find, but this seems to be a common problem throughout the town.

The hotel is located in the heart of the lovely old town, with a view of the hills and the canal. The buffet breakfast was generous and tasty, with a wide selection of food to choose from. The staff, especially Anne at the reception, were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were well equipped and very clean, with comfortable beds.
Can't fault anything about it.

Outstanding boutique BnB far exceeded expectations. Ideal location with view of Hotel Pupp from window. Extremely welcoming staff. Sparkling clean! Cozy bed and large room. Delicious breakfast with fresh watermelon and chocolate croissant. HIGHLY recommended!

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in Karlovy Vary, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent location and cozy atmosphere. The hotel's decor matched its name perfectly, adding to the overall charm. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of Czech specialties like salads and Hermelín cheese. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated in the city center, close to all the hot water springs and surrounded by lovely restaurants. From my window, I had a stunning view of the elegant hotel featured in the Bond movie "Casino Royale." my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to others.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel - it really went above and beyond my expectations! The location is fantastic, situated right on the promenade in the center of town. Not only is it convenient, but the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. The room itself was lovely, with a classic style and a comfortable bed. Plus, it was spotlessly clean and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was a standout feature for me - the selection and quality of food was exceptional, even for a hotel of this caliber. It truly exceeded my expectations and I cannot imagine a better breakfast experience. I had a perfect stay and I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I return to the area.
